What Edgehaus is, how we work with you, and how we scope your investment.
The basics
Is Edgehaus software?
No. Edgehaus is a procurement studio: a service run by real coordinators who act as an extension of your team. There is nothing to buy, log in to or learn.
What do you handle?
We take your designer's finalized schedule and manage every order through to the job site: quote review, purchase orders, vendor follow-through, tracking, freight and closeout.
Do you select or source product?
No. We work from a finalized design schedule. Your designer selects and specifies; we execute.
Who do you work with?
Builders, developers and general contractors, on new builds, renovations, remodels, additions and interiors projects, alongside your interior designer.
Working together
What do you need from me to start?
The finalized design schedule, your install timeline and any vendor accounts or terms you already have. If your schedule is still in progress, tell us and we'll advise on timing.
How will I know where things stand?
Your coordinator keeps you updated in plain language. If a lead time slips, we tell you which install it threatens, early enough to act.
What happens if an item is backordered?
We flag it right away, with the install it affects, and bring options to your designer for approval. Nothing is substituted without their sign-off.
Can you handle more than procurement?
Yes. Project coordination is available as an add-on, quoted separately. Ask us about it when you request a quote.
Where do you work?
We're based in Atlanta, GA and serve projects nationwide. English and Spanish.
Investment
How is the investment structured?
A monthly management fee plus a procurement fee per line item. The line-item portion is set by the size and complexity of your design schedule, and everything is confirmed in a written proposal before we begin.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Setup, schedule intake, coordination, reporting and administration.
Are product costs included?
No. Product, freight and tax are separate from Edgehaus fees.
How do I get a proposal?
Send us your design schedule through Work With Us. We review it and send a written proposal before anything begins.
