A procurement schedule, planned backwards

The install date is the only date that cannot move. So that is where we start, and we work backwards.

1. Intake

We take the designer's finalized schedule and build it into one tracked list, line by line.

2. Lead times

Each item gets a realistic lead time. The long ones get ordered first, so they land in time to make the date they feed.

3. Tracking

One live tracker per project, kept current, so you can always answer where is my tile without an email thread.

4. Delivery

Deliveries timed to the site, inspected on arrival, with a closeout file of warranties at the end.

That is the whole idea: we execute, we don't specify. The schedule holds because someone owns it.
